Jeep Posters & Fine Art Prints

I am SO happy. We have Jeep posters back in stock! Years ago the marketing arm of Daimler Chrysler made a set of very popular Jeep posters.  You may remember the outhouse poster, the elephant butt poster, the spraypainted jeep grille. And my favorite, the JeepĀ® Constellation Poster. However, these are long-gone and there has been no licensed manufacturer of Jeep posters since then.

UNTIL NOW. We've just added 95 different Jeep posters.

We have Vintage Jeep Advertisements.

We have Jeep Concept Vehicle Posters.

And we have over 70 different Jeep Models in poster format.

That means we have a Jeep Scrambler Poster (my fav.)

And a Jeep CJ-3B poster.

And a 1957 Willys FC-170 poster.

And a '67 Jeep Jeepster poster. (It's at the beach.)

And several Jeep Wagoneer posters.

You get the idea. We are talking EVERYTHING. There's all the models up until 2007, so we have some Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited posters, Jeep Liberty posters, Jeep Commander posters, etc.

Just a note, before you click off this blog over the the site to take a look. These are HIGH-END, individually printed, art posters. Not made in China. Not available at Walmart. I think you will be pleased. Let me know what you think, please.

Time to dust off all those entries from last fall and start showing off our great customers and their rigs. Here's the first one of the season. Meet adventurous Katie M.

---------

Customer of the Week Questions

1. What are you currently driving? model? year? color? etc.  2003 Jeep Wrangler X Black

2. Tell us your favorite modication you have made to your current Jeep.

A tie between Bushwacker Fenders and American Racing Rims

3. When dd you get your first Jeep and why did you choose a Jeep?

My first Jeep was my first car and I chose it because I love the outdoors. Who needs to pay for camping when you can follow a trail out and pitch a tent!

4. Where's the most interesting place you've had your Jeep?

Mount Washington-The highest mountain in New England!

5. What is the most interesting thing you've DONE in your Jeep?'

On the fourth of July I got stuck in a highway traffic jam trying to get to work. One of my favorite trails runs along the highway. So I put my directional on, pulled off the highway and drove straight into the woods!

6. Ever get arrested while in the Jeep?  For what?

Nope! But I did get pulled over for doing 50 in a 30!

7. What music do you listen to while driving the Jeep?

Pink Floyd...or anything classic rock.

(Norman, owner of All Things Jeep, is also a huge PF fan.)

8. How many Jeeps have you had in your lifetime?

3 - 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport
     1997 Jeep Cherokee Country
     2003 Jeep Wrangler X

9. If you could win any Jeep, past or present, what Jeep would you want to win?

The first protocol Jeep made by Willys Corporation in 1940.

10 Does your Jeep have a name? What is it?

Black Jeep- original but we need to differentiate from the other two (Red Jeep and White Jeep)

12. Is it a boy or a girl?

The Wranglers are boys and the Cherokee is a girl.

13. Tell us about any stickers or custom work you have on your Jeep?

I have, Life is Good, Airaid, Rubicon Express and Detroit Locker stickers. My entire hardtop is custom because it feel off the Jeep and needed to be made stable again.

14. What's the most unique thing about your Jeep?

It has a Salvage title and still drives like it just came out of the factory.

15. If you are a member of a local Jeep or off-road club, give a shout out to the club here:

I'm not but I do go on a forum: http://www.neow.org/

16. If you were a Super Hero and your Jeep had extradinary powers, what would those powers be?

To turn my most traveled roads into off-road obstacle courses so driving will always be an adventure!

17. If you could chose one new gift for your next birthday, would it be:
    - a new 2009 4 door Jeep Wrangler Rubicon
    - a fully restored, 1941 Jeep Willys
    - world peace
    - a million dollar gift certificate to http://www.allthingsjeep.com/
(this is a loaded question, we do hope you all choose world peace)

I'd take 'em all!

1000 Jeep Gifts and counting

I just added our 1000th Jeep Gift to our website. It's the Life is good License Plate Frame.

For you mathematician types,  or sticklers for detail, or for all my competitors that read this blog, I don't mean another part for the Jeep, or another nut or bolt. I mean honest to goodness GIFT. As in, I'd like to receive this from my loved one for my birthday. So now I can offically say "1000s of Jeep Gifts for the Jeep and Off-Road enthusiast" and be fairly accurate. (actually, I guess I need to add another 2 or 3 to officially say that.) In any case, next week we should have about 40 new items on the site. They are VERY COOL and we've never carried them before, and I can't tell you what they are yet, but I'll just say, you'll want more than one. Stay tuned. I'll show them here as soon as they are in stock!

Another Mystery Gift Surprise at just $10

Ssshhh, don't tell anyone else about this sale or else there won't be enough for you! Here's the scoop. We have about 250 pieces of past season's LIG apparel in stock. And we've priced them at just $10 each.

LIG = the company that features Jake and Rocket on soft, 100% cotten tees and sends good vibes across the land. Know who we mean?

Well, it's really painful to try and sell a design online when you only have 1 or 2 sizes left of that design. Inevitably, you disappoint customers by not having their size. So we've pulled it all off the web and consolidated it by size.

You order a size (men's or women's/small-xxl), pay just $10 (everything is new, with hangtags, and with regular prices of $20, $25 and $30) and we send you a shirt (or maybe a sweatshirt or loungepants) in the size you want. Could have a Jeep on it, or a hammock, or a camping scene, or a flower (not for guys), or a hiker, or a boat. You get the idea.

You won't know what shirt until you get it. (that's the surprise part), but you will know that you paid just $10 for a new $20-30 item. And you will know that they are awesomely made, super comfy, long-lasting, and incredibly soft products.

So if you are a fan of Jake and Rocket, and like surprises, don't wait. Order now:

And all sales are final. Ok?

Jeep Sales and the Economy Sucking

Wow. Just read that Jeep sales were down 50% in January compared to Jan 08. That's huge. According to their announcement,

"Chrysler LLC today reported total January 2009 U.S. sales of 62,157 units, down 55 percent versus the same month in 2008 (137,392 units), and down 31 percent from December 2008 (89,813 units). Total sales were suppressed by a significant reduction in fleet sales, which is aligned with the Company's sales strategy helping to maintain or improve the overall residual value of Chrysler vehicles for our customers. Fleet sales were down 81 percent for January compared to the same time last year."

And among other concerns, this leads my friends and family to worry that Jeep t-shirt, tire cover and decal sales will also be going away. And I'll be out of a job, and be living in my Jeep. (Lucky for me, my current one is an Unlimited.)

I try to assure everyone that even if Chrysler (or whoever bought Jeep) stopped making them completely, there's still enough existing Jeep buyers to keep me and my little business In Business. My philosophy is that it would just make us love our Jeeps even more and we could potentially get even get MORE business from the "nostalgia" factor. Mom thinks this is a crock of sh*t.

So voice your opinion. What do you think? If the Jeep brand goes away, will you have MORE or LESS allegience to the Jeep name. In other words, will you buy more or less Jeep t-shirts? ;)  Should I go out and start a new business?

Tugger the Jeep who wanted to Fly DVD Movie is Re-released

Tugger is back! After a long, hotly disputed legal battle (don't ask), Tugger the Jeep who wanted to Fly DVD is republished by a new movie publisher and we have it in stock.

Tugger is an animated movie about an old WWII military Jeep who dreams of flying. Entertaining for the kids. And honestly, the only movie out there with the main character being a JEEP!  It's available on DVD (no blue-ray, sorry) and it's $16.99. There's only one problem... if you have a 3 or 4 year old that loves Jeeps, you'll be watching this movie 5 times a day. Tugger is loveable. Be forewarned!!!
